Paul Autry Before I even begin this review, I've gotta be honest here...this is not something I could enjoy from a musical point of view. But, my personal tastes do not, in any way, cloud my ability to write an honest review. So, with that said, let's get into it...shall we? First of all, this is a release that gives you the most for your money. Besides the DVD, you also get a bonus, 13 song CD. To be honest, this is the first time I've ever seen a CD and a DVD in the same package. So, that's a plus right there. As for the DVD, you get to watch Rick Wakeman perform a total of twelve songs. While I'm not really into piano/keyboard music, one this was clear to me as I sat at watched this concert...Rick Wakeman has mastered his instrument to the point of perfection. There's no doubt in my mind that he can play...and he can play most people right under the table. So, it doesn't suprise me to see the words "LEGEND" or "MUSICAL GENIUS" on the packaging. I would be quick to agree with that. The special features on this release include a photo gallery and a rather interesting little bio section, which was kind of cool to page through. There's also six additional studio tracks on the DVD that you can click on and listen to. It's more than obvious that a lot of time and effort was put into this release and anyone who decides to pick up a copy will certainly not be disappointed. I mean, come on, there's really nothing more you can ask for. The only way this release could possibly give you more is if Rick would come over to your house and watch it with you. This is a must have release for anyone who is a fan of Rick Wakeman and his musical work. That's all that really needs to be said. http://www.rwcc.com http://www.dreamcatcher-records.com
