KISS"20th CENTURY MASTERS: THE BEST OF KISS" This DVD features the video for "I Love It Loud," "Lick It Up," "Heaven's On Fire," "Tears Are Falling," "Crazy Crazy Nights" and..........and..........and...........that's all there is to it. Nothing more than those five songs, all of which, I might add, can be found on other full length Kiss DVD's. Do the people behind this release have any idea as to how long Kiss has been around and what they've actually done? Someone should do them a favor and give 'em a clue. This release has a $5.88 price tag and, to be honest, that's about all it's worth. But, the thing that really bothers me is this...here's a band that, without a doubt, has a wealth of material that hardly anybody has ever seen. Why not throw some of that stuff out there and make some money off of it because, let's face it, that's what it's all about. I guess they don't care that people are making money off all the bootleg stuff that's floating around out there. I'd much rather see "Kiss Meets The Phantom Of The Park" on DVD and I know a lot of other people feel the same way. This just doesn't do the band justice. You wanted the best...you just didn't get it. |
