By: Paul Autry Well,
I've never really been a fan of Chicago because, honestly, I just can't
seem to get into their music. But, after watching this release, I have
a new found respect for them because they seem like the kind of guys
that I could hang out with because they come off as very cool, down
to earth individuals and they obviously have a love for the music that
they're creating...as do most musicians. Anyway, the reason for this
DVD is to show you how a band, in this case it's Chicago, does their
thing before a tour...rehearsal, practice...basically, it's a lot of
behind the scenes stuff...stuff that we don't get to see every day.
This was a rather unique viewing experience because it's entertaining
and educational. Plus, there's a lot of good stuff on here...some live
music, interviews, their Greek Theatre Wall Of Fame induction ceremony.
It's an up close and personal look at the band, it's as simple as that.
Even though this is one part educational, I still think you'd have to
be a fan of Chicago to really enjoy this release and, if you are a fan
and you have a DVD player, this release should be added to your collection.
Why...so you can see your favorite band working.
