Well,
maybe I live under a rock because I haven't heard of Steve Hackett and
I'm not familiar with his music, other than the fact that he was in
Genesis, which I never really got into and, to be honest, this release
didn't do much in terms of turning me into a fan. I wasn't too fond
of the way this release was packaged. It seemed rather plain and un-impressive.
As for the show itself, it seemed just a step above bootleg quality,
which was rather weird. The bonus material, which there was a lot of,
was much better. Interviews and backstage footage is always worth watching
no matter who the artist is. All in all, it's not a bad release if you're
into what Steve Hackett has to offer. But, if you're new to his music,
I would suggest getting more familiar with it before going gung ho on
this release.
