Wayne Klinger You have to like this band if you dig a mix of 70's,80's and 90's. The
band project consists of ex-Impaler guitarist Michael Torok, Equinox's
Eric Althaus on drums, bassist Aaron Davis from Minnesota-based
Sublevel
and seasoned local singer (Minnesota), Bryan Erickson who reminds me of
a cross between Ian Gillan and Paul DiAnno. Torok's music fuses 70's
greats like Kiss,Deep Purple,Thin LIzzy with Iron Maiden and Trouble
with guitarwork in the Blues and Classical realm of Morse,Beck and
Clapton. Just a superb 11-song release with guitar-fueled Hard Rock and
recommended listening for those missing out those days of actual guitar
solos and more technical songwriting...it's all here and Torok
delivers.
