Wayne Klinger First off, this wasn't something you could find here in the U.S.
domestically and Candlelight was graceful for making this original 1999
release a reality for us over here. I'm one to usually hound the
Norwegian Black Metal scene but these guys are the real deal. Evil,
dark
with a symphonic ominous atmosphere accompanying bombastic drums and
shrieks from hell. Just downright wicked but what amazes me the most is
how this band is creative and writes lengthy songs to express their
eerieness. This CD racks in a whopping 76 minutes. If you missed this
the first time around, I'd hop on the phone with your credit card and
snatch a copy before you strike out for the second time. Fans of
Mayhem,
Marduk, Samael and Ancient will dig this one but they are to their own
as far as identity.
