From the ashes of A Canorous Quintet (RIP) comes Guidance Of Sin, who were born back in 1994 as a side project to A Canorous Quintet, but quickly turned into a more serious band. The band recorded the cult demo, "Soul Disparity" in 1997 and sent to to tons of magazines and record labels in the international metal scene which resulted in a lot of magazine exposure and offers for several record deals. One year later in 1998, Guidance Of Sin once again entered the studio, this time Sunlight Studio, to record two new songs for a promo CD. This promo CD made Mighty Music sign the band. The musical direction of Guidance Of Sin can be defined as melodic and extremely catchy death metal. The band focuses on a midpaced tempo and add an old-school touch to their sound.
